Amira Samy Tawfik
Amira Samy is an Egyptian HR professional who brings over 18 years of human resources management experience in a number of multinational and international organizations in the fields of FMCG, education, insurance, HR consulting and social work.
Her expertise includes Training, talent management, organizational development, talent acquisition, learning, education and leadership development.
Amira is currently serving her passion as a part time HR instructor at the school of continuing education at the American university in Cairo, in addition to her role as an HR consultant with different local & international consulting firms.
Márcia Veras
Márcia Veras works as a consultant and has more than 25 years of experience, the last 10 being dedicated to coaching, group facilitation, leadership development and talent management.
Having graduated from law school, she initiated her career as an attorney at Monsanto do Brasil, being transferred to work on Human Resources and Sales Management thereafter. She has worked in Brazil, the United States and Argentina, including at Camargo Correa Cimentos, Loma Negra CIASA and Korn/Ferry International.
Márcia’s academic background includes an HR MBA/Specialization from USP/FIA, Internal Consulting and Facilitation with ADIGO and coaching certification with the Integrated Coaching Institute in Brazil.
Ben Johnson
Ben is a retired fighter pilot from the Australian Air Force. He is a trained flight instructor who now lives and works in the Middle East training pilots from all over the world.
Ben has a Master’s degree in Aviation Management, is a certified workplace and business coach, a certified trainer and assessor and is currently managing and training people from all around with world with a wide spectrum of cultural, social and religious backgrounds.
Ben has a strong belief in bringing people with diverse backgrounds together and encouraging them to express themselves, learn from each other and promote a sense of being part of a global community.

Raised in a very diverse culture in South Africa, William has always had a passion for giving back to his community and has worked with a number of NGOs both locally and around the world.
In 2011, he started his own consulting business for NGOs providing services in organisation design, communication strategy, strategic process, and program assessment. He won the UNOV Volunteer Award in 2013 and was featured in the UNOV newsletter in 2015.

Teresa is a Guatemalan graphic designer with a master’s degree in digital publishing. She has been working freelance in Guatemala and Spain since 2013, working with social media developerstartups in visual design, editorial layouts, illustration, social media, and on the web.
