Amira Samy Tawfik

Amira Samy is an Egyptian HR professional who brings over 18 years of human resources management experience in a number of multinational and international organizations in the fields of FMCG, education, insurance, HR consulting and social work.

Her expertise includes Training, talent management, organizational development, talent acquisition, learning, education and leadership development.

Amira is currently serving her passion as a part time HR instructor at the school of continuing education at the American university in Cairo, in addition to her role as an HR consultant with different local & international consulting firms.


Svitlana Udovenko
Driven by helping people and organizations to become better in terms of a continuous growth and development, Svitlana is from Ukraine with a background in Teaching and extensive experience in volunteer programme development and talent management.
She has specific experience in training and coaching youth leaders from around the globe in AIESEC, as well as building HR departments from scratch for start-ups, and coaching of teams for goal achievements.
She is driven by her desire to work for a leading humanitarian organization and to solve relevant global  issues.


Abbey-Rose Habwe

Abbey is originally from Kenya and is a finance executive with over 14 years of  experience in the banking industry, including at  JP Morgan Investment Bank, UBS, and Merrill Lynch.  She holds an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University.

Now based in New York with her family, her passions include providing mentoring, coaching and leadership training to other professionals, and sharing best practices.

Abbey writes “I love life, my family and believe that the world would be a better place if we all strive to do a little bit of some good. My daily mantra is “every day presents an opportunity to make a difference! Seize it!”


Márcia Veras

Márcia Veras works as a consultant and has more than 25 years of experience, the last 10 being dedicated to coaching, group facilitation, leadership development and talent management.

Having graduated from law school, she initiated her career as an attorney at Monsanto do Brasil, being transferred to work on Human Resources and Sales Management thereafter.  She has worked in Brazil, the United States and Argentina, including at Camargo Correa Cimentos, Loma Negra CIASA and Korn/Ferry International.

Márcia’s academic background includes an HR MBA/Specialization from USP/FIA, Internal Consulting and Facilitation with ADIGO and coaching certification with the Integrated Coaching Institute in Brazil.


Cédric Christian Ngnaousi Elongué

With origins in Cameroon, Cédric has five years’ experience as a trainer, coach and motivational speaker in leadership. With Masters degrees in Development Studies and Educational Technologies, he has worked with a number of managers in small (Rainbow Consult, Learn to Understand…), medium (Moremi Initiative for women’s leadership in Africa, RIPAO…) and large organizations (BnF, AUF…) in Africa and Europe, helping them to train their teams more effectively and develop their skills.

He is a highly approachable trainer, blending humor, applicable stories of best practice and high levels of audience involvement. He believes we earn and learn more by caring and giving; every individual has within them a resilience and an inner strength waiting to be unleashed to a more enriched life.


Ben Johnson

Ben is a retired fighter pilot from the Australian Air Force. He is a trained flight instructor who now lives and works in the Middle East training pilots from all over the world.

Ben has a Master’s degree in Aviation Management, is a certified workplace and business coach, a certified trainer and assessor and is currently managing and training people from all around with world with a wide spectrum of cultural, social and religious backgrounds.

Ben has a strong belief in bringing people with diverse backgrounds together and encouraging  them to express themselves, learn from each other and promote a sense of being part of a global community.

Team coordinator and website developer: William Kin

Raised in a very diverse culture in South Africa, William has always had a passion for giving back to his community and has worked with a number of NGOs both locally and around the world.

In 2011, he started his own consulting business for NGOs providing services in organisation design, communication strategy, strategic process, and program assessment. He won the UNOV Volunteer Award in 2013 and was featured in the UNOV newsletter in 2015.

Laura always knew that she wanted to be a writer. When people would ask her what she would write about, she would reply, “whatever has to be written.” Holding an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a postgraduate certificate in public relations/corporate communications, Laura pursues her love of content creation working in the public sector, currently with the High Commission of Canada in Australia. Laura is eager to embrace and reflect her home country’s values of equality, freedom, and respect for all individuals in her work with the Global Vision Institute.

She is a keen photographer and loves to see new places and experience the beauty, food and people of different region
